As you may or may not know, submitting work online is (with a few exceptions) the main way students 'hand in' written university assignments. As such, this is how we gather your work too, and in this instance, your essay assignment.
So, to reduce the chances of things going awry, here are some important details on how to submit your individual essay online...
In order that you can check if we have received your work, we will post here the names of those who have submitted their essay successfully on Thursday 9 July at 4pm and again on Friday 10 July at 4pm and 5.15pm.
A final point about late submission...
If you:
So, here's hoping none of the above late submission penalties apply to you.
We are genuinely looking forward to reading your work from this Friday onwards.
Good luck completing them!

So, to reduce the chances of things going awry, here are some important details on how to submit your individual essay online...
- Remind yourself of the format we would like the essay in and how to save it, you will find details here.
- If you would like, test out the online form before submitting your work for real with our test form.
- Give yourself time to check everything over before submitting (i.e. is 4.58pm this Friday enough time?)
In order that you can check if we have received your work, we will post here the names of those who have submitted their essay successfully on Thursday 9 July at 4pm and again on Friday 10 July at 4pm and 5.15pm.
A final point about late submission...
If you:
- submit your essay after the 5pm deadline but within one week of the deadline
- submit your essay in the wrong format (e.g. not in Word format, so we can't read it) and don't resubmit in the correct format by the deadline
So, here's hoping none of the above late submission penalties apply to you.
We are genuinely looking forward to reading your work from this Friday onwards.
Good luck completing them!
